摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜切除低位直肠癌的可行性。方法回顾性分析2003年4月-2007年4月间采用腹腔镜根治性切除45例低位直肠癌的临床资料。结果术后发生输尿管损伤和骶前出血各1例，无手术死亡病例。结论在严格掌握手术指征的前提下，行腹腔镜切除低位直肠癌是安全可行的。Objective To study the feasibility of laparoscopic abdominoperineal resection for low rectal cancer.Method Clinical data of 45 patients from April 2003 to April 2007 with low rectal cancer received laparoscopic abdominoperineal radical resection according to TME priciple was retrospectively analyzed.Results The laparoscopic procedures were accomplished in 44 cases,while 1 conversed to open because of presacral bleeding.And one suffered urinary tract injury.There was no mortality.Conclusion Laparosopic abdominoperineal resection for low rectal cancer can achieve safe and feasible results under the condition of strict indication selection.
