三维适形放射治疗鼻咽癌的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨三维适形放射治疗鼻咽癌的疗效。方法:将207例初治鼻咽癌患者随机分为三维适形放疗组(治疗组,103例)和二维放疗组(对照组,104例)进行疗效比较。结果:治疗组1,3年的生存率为95.15%和87.38%,对照组分别为75.96%和68.27%,两组比较,1,3年生存率有统计学差异(P<0.05)。治疗组对唾液腺的毒性反应Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ级分别为52.43%、42.72%和4.85%;对照组分别为25.96%、56.73%、和7.31%。两组对照有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:三维适形放射治疗鼻咽癌可提高1年-3年生存率且唾液腺的毒性反应轻。Objective：To explore the therapeutic effect of three - dimensional conformal radiotherapy （3 - DCRT） for nasopharyngeal carcinoma（NPC）. Methods：Total of 207 patients with NPC were randomly divided into 3 - DCRT group（therapeutic group, 103 cases） and two - dimensional radiotherapy （ 2 - CRT） group （ contrast group, 104 cases）. Therapeutic group received 3 - DCRT and contrast group received 2 - DRT. Results： The 1,3 - year survival rates of therapeutic group were 95.15 %, 87.38 % and contrast group were 75.96%, 68.27 %, respectively. The 1,3 - year survival rates of therapeutic group were higher than those of contrast group. There were statistically significant difference between two groups（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Radiation toxicity reaction rates of parotid gland were higher than those in the contrast group,there were statistically significant difference between two groups （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： 3 - DCRT radiation therapy can increase the 1,3year survival rates of NPC. Radiotherapy toxicity reaction rates of 3 - DCRT are less than that in 2 - DRT.
