摘 要:采用溶液插层法和双辊混炼法制得了BR/NR/OMMT纳米复合材料,进行了透射电镜分析,研究了复合材料的力学性能、磨耗性能以及耐溶剂性能。结果表明,OMMT在BR/NR基体中分散均匀,BR/NR/OMMT纳米复合材料是一种剥离型纳米材料。与BR/NR复合材料相比,BR/NR/OMMT纳米复合材料具有优异的力学性能、磨耗性能和耐溶剂性能。BR/NR/OMMT nanocomposites were prepared by solution intercalation and two-roll blending. The structure of nanocomposite was characterized by TEM. The mechanical properties, wearing properties and solvent-resistance were also investigated. The results of TEM showed that the OMMT layers were well dispersed in the BR/NR matrix, the BR/NR/OMMT nanocomposite was an exfoliated structure. Compared with BR/NR composite, the BR/NR/OMMT nanocomposite had excellent mechanical properties, excellent abrasion resistance and solvent-resistance.
