TSGF、CEA和CA199在大肠癌患者血清中表达的意义

摘　　要：目的:研究大肠癌患者肿瘤特异性生长因子(TSGF)、癌胚抗原(CEA)及CA199的血清水平及其在诊断预后等方面的临床意义。方法:对93例大肠癌患者检测血清TSGF、CEA及CA199的表达,并比较其结果。结果:在93例大肠恶性肿瘤中TSGF、CEA、CA199平均表达量的阳性率分别为40.86%(38/93)、35.48%(33/93)、16.13%(15/93),其中TSGF与CEA之间存在弱的正相关(r=0.21,P<0.05)。三者联合检测、TSGF联合CEA检测的阳性率分别为64.52%(60/93)、59.14%(55/93)。TSGF、CEA、及CA199在大肠肿瘤中的表达与临床病理学之间存在密切相关。结论:TSGF、CEA、CA199联合检测可明显提高大肠癌检测的阳性率,且对大肠癌的临床诊断及预后评价有十分重要的意义。Objective To study the serum values of tumor specific growth factor（TSGF）, carcinoembryonic antigen （CEA）, CA199 and the clinical significance in the diagnosis and prognosis in patients with colorectal carcinoma. Methods Ninety three colorectal carcinoma patients confirmed histologically were studied by expression of the serum TSGF, CEA and CA199. The cut-off value is 64 u/L, 5 ng/ml, 37 ng/ml respectively. Results The positive rate of TSGF, CEA and CA199 was 40.86%, 35.48% and 16.13% respectively. The combination of any two markers had higher positive rate than the use of one marker such as the positive rate of combination of CEA and TSGF was 59.14%, and the positive rate of combined three markers was 64.52%. There was significant correlation between expression of serum TGSF, CEA, CA199 and clinical pathological parameters. Conclusion Combined measurement of three markers can enhance the positive rate significantly and has high clinical value in the diagnosis and prognosis of colorectal carcinoma.
