摘  要:目的:回顾性分析对比氩激光和氪激光光凝治疗糖尿病性黄斑水肿(DME)的疗效。方法:2003-06/2006-06我们选用98例(154眼)黄斑水肿患者随机分为氪、氩激光治疗组治疗,治疗后随诊3-36(平均17.5)mo。结果:氩激光组黄斑水肿消退21眼,部分消退32眼,不变25眼;氪激光组黄斑水肿消退27眼,部分消退37眼,不变12眼,两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。氩激光组视力提高29眼,不变23眼,下降26眼;氪激光组视力提高34眼,不变29眼,下降13眼,两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:在治疗条件基本相同的情况下,氩激光和氪激光都能进行有效的糖尿病性黄斑水肿治疗,氪离子激光治疗黄斑水肿更具有优越性。AIM:To retrospectively analyze the therapeutic effects of krypton laser and argon laser in the treatment of diabetic macular edema(DME).METHODS:One hundred and fifty-four eyes of 98 diabetic macular edema patients were assigned randomly to receive either krypton laser or argon laser treatment from June 2003 to June 2006.The follow-up period was 3 to 36 months(mean 17.5 months)after laser treatment.RESULTS:After treatment with argon laser,diabetic macular edema completely disappeared in 21 eyes,partly disappeared in 32 eyes and remained unchanged in 25 eyes.After treatment with krypton laser,diabetic macular edema completely disappeared in 27 eyes,partly disappeared in 37 eyes and remained unchanged in 12 eyes,which was significantly different from argon laser treatment(P〈0.05).After treatment with argon laser,visual acuity(VA)was improved in 29 eyes,maintained unchanged in 23 eyes and decreased in 26 eyes.After treatment with krypton laser,VA was improved in 34 eyes,maintained unchanged in 29 eyes and decreased in 13 eyes,which was significantly different from argon laser treatment(P〈0.05).CONCLUSION:Both krypton laser and argon laser can treat diabetic macular edema,but the therapeutic effect of krypton laser is better than argon laser.
