摘　　要：目的:探讨矫治中重度先天性上睑下垂简便有效的手术方法。方法:198例(225眼)中重度先天性上睑下垂的患者,实行上横韧带悬吊190例216眼,睑板切除加上横韧带悬吊8例9眼。结果:经5mo^5a随访,198例225眼中,治愈219眼,欠矫6眼,术后早期所有患者有轻度闭合不全,通过代偿,3mo内闭合不全逐渐好转,无暴露性角膜炎。结论:上横韧带悬吊术是矫治中重度先天性上睑下垂简便而有效的方法。AIM：To explore the effective treatment for and severe congenital ptosis.METHODS：In a total of 198 cases（225 eyes）with moderate and severe congenital ptosis,superior transverse ligament suspension was performed alone in 190 cases（216 eyes）and combined with tarsectomy in 8 cases（9 eyes）.RESULTS：During the follow-up of 5 months to 5 years,a total of 219 eyes were cured and under-correction occurred in the other 6 eyes.In the early period after operation,slight closure failure occurred in all the patients and they recovered in 3 months gradually after compensation with no exposure keratitis appeared.CONCLUSION：Superior transverse ligament suspension is an effective and safe method in correction of moderate and severe congenital ptosis.
