关于大学文化素质教育培养目标的探讨

摘　　要：人才培养是大学最基本、最原始的职能,而明确人才培养目标才能确保大学人才培养质量。因为知识分子具有健全的人格,所以大学文化素质教育培养目标是培养"士"。能够承担社会责任、转移社会风气的栋梁人才,即培养现代社会的知识分子。大学文化素质教育这样的定位折射了大学教育的理想,即不仅体现了大学的教育宗旨,而且体现大学引领社会的使命,同时也体现了世人对大学里走出来的人的一种期望和要求。Talent cultivation is the basic and ultimate function played by a university and setting a clear goal for the talent cultivation can lay a good foundation for quality university education.As idealized intellectuals own the preferred personalities,the education for all-around development in a university should aim its talent cultivation at intellectuals,who shall be the social elites to shoulder their own responsibilities and set up good example for others.Such an appropriate definition of the goal of the talent cultivation not only aligns with its main role of higher education and extends its mission,but also throws light on the expectations and requirements for a university graduate.
