荷包缝合钳用于直肠癌低位保肛术63例报告

摘　　要：目的 探讨安全、经济、实用的直肠癌低位保肛手术方法。方法 对63例中低位直肠癌患者按全直肠系膜切除术（TME）要求切除直肠，荷包缝合钳封闭直肠残端，管型直肠吻合器行低位保肛术。结果 本组63例无手术死亡，所有患者的吻合器切除圈完整，切缘均无肿瘤残留。术后出现吻合口瘘2例（3．2％），局部复发3例（4．8％），尿潴留4例（6．3％）。结论 荷包钳荷包缝合直肠与管形吻合器用于直肠癌低位保肛术安全、简便、经济，适合在基层医院推广。Objective To explore safety , economy ,pragmatic for low rectal cancer preservtion anus operation method. Methods The low - order carcinoma of the rectum patient demands to cut off a rectum to 63 in the example according to TME, purse suture clamp staple arectum spoiling end, the pipe type stapling sphincter preservation procedire for low rectal cancer. Results Sixty - three examples of this group have no operation death, all patients＇ s the implement fitting cuts off a circle entirely,the predestined relationship has no atumour by all means without exception to be left over. The skill the mouth fistula fitting appears on the queen 2 examples （3.2%） ;part recrudesces 3 examples （4.8%） ;urine puddle keeps 4 examples （6. 3% ）. Conclusion Purse suture clamp stapling a rectum up the implement being identical with end to end anastomosis is used for carcinoma of the rectum low - order guaranteeing anus skill safety, simple and convenient, economical,is fit to be extended in grass- roots unit hospital.
