项目开发中的知识共享及演化仿生研究

摘　　要：在概述项目开发下知识共享的特性后,分析了多方参与者进行知识共享的优势和障碍,提出了知识编码、团队融合及综合化的知识共享策略,构建了一个知识共享演化仿生模型。This paper first outlines the characteristics of knowledge sharing in project development,then it analyzes that the advantages and disadvantages of knowledge sharing face undermuhi-sides participating,then puts forward the strategy of knowledge sharing in knowledgeencoding,team fusing and team integrafion.Finally,a knowledge sharing bionics system isconstructed based on ecology with respect to the implement of knowledge sharing and also theresearch direction in the future is presented.
