农村学校体育的现状与对策--江苏省农村义务教育阶段学校体育的调查报告

摘　　要：本文采用问卷调查法、专家访谈法等,对江苏省13个直辖市的5526所农村中小学的体育教师现状,体育课、课外体育活动开展情况,体育场地器材设施的配备,《学生体质健康标准》执行情况,训练与竞赛等方面进行了调查和分析。针对调查的结果,提出了重新修订《学校体育工作条例》,加强督导检查评估,完善学校体育的规章制度,抓好体育教师培训和管理工作,研究制定体育教师编制配额及体育教师职业资格标准,实行兼职体育教师持证上岗,完善中考体育制度,试行高中毕业体育会考(综合考试)和大学新生体质状况通报等对策与建议,以确保学校体育的各项规定和要求落到实处,切实提高农村学校体育的质量。By means of questionnaire and expert interview, this article investigates and analyses 5526 elementary and junior high schools of 13 cities in Jiangsu Province, and the situation of their PE teachers, PE curriculums, extracurricular activities, sport stadiums and equipments, implementation of the Health Standard of Students, sport training, and competition. It is suggested to modify the Working Regulations of PE at School, strengthen the supervision and evaluation, perfect school PE regulations, promote training and management to PE teachers, standardize person- nel quota and qualification of PE teachers, certificate part time teachers, improve PE entrance examination of high schools, add integrative PE exams to college entrance examination, and enforce report on physical conditions of college freshmen. This article is aimed to make sure the implementation of all rules and requirements of physical education and indeed improve the PE quality in rural schools.
