摘 要:为了使三轴转台具有良好的控制精度及可靠性,根据三轴转台的机械结构特点,对转台轴承、驱动电机及测量元件等关键部件进行了简化和等效处理,采用有限元分析软件ANSYS,建立了转台的实体模型。对框架垂直或平行于基座的两种放置状态进行静力学分析,得到三轴转台的整体变形情况;采用子空间法进行模态分析,得到了相应的振动频率和振型云图。仿真结果表明:两种放置状态,转台整体变形均发生在配重顶端,最大值分别为51和65μm,中心位置最大变形分别为30和45μm;考虑到三轴转台的刚度和频率响应,装置的一阶振动频率为65.4Hz,能够满足设计指标要求。According to the characteristic of mechanism structure of the three-turntable. This article brings forward a method of simplification and equivalent processing to turntable bearing, drive electromotor, measure units and etc, uses finite element analysis software-ANSYS and establishes the mode of turntable, in view of making the three-turntable more precise in control and reliability. The static analysis was applied to research two placed states that the frame is paralleled or perpendicular to foundation, and then we can get the whole distortion of the three-axis turntable; The article uses subspace approach to analyze the mode, the frequency and graphics of vibration for corresponding are obtained. The simulation results show: under the two placed states, all the distortion of the whole turntable occur on the top of balance weight, the maximum is 51 and 65 μm, the max distortion of center position is 30 and 45μm, Under the consideration of the stiffness and frequency response of three-axis turntable, the design request can be satisfied, none but the fundamental vibration frequency of the equipment is 65.4Hz
