北京奥运会志愿者及其激励机制研究

摘　　要：北京奥运会志愿者是北京奥运会取得成功的基础和保障,是民族精神和时代精神的体现,是对我国志愿服务事业的推进。北京奥运会需要志愿者10万人左右,对于如此庞大的志愿者队伍,除需要完善的组织体系、科学的管理、健全的监督机制,还需要社会激励、组织激励、自我激励等多种有效激励机制的共同作用,才能充分发挥每一位志愿者的潜能,推动北京奥运会的成功举办。The Beijing Olympic Games Volunteer is the foundation and safeguard for the Beijing Olympic Games to obtain its suecess, and it shows the spirit of the nation and time, pushing forward the volunteering course in our oxuntry. About I00,000 volunteers are needed for The Beijing Olympic Games. For so big a group of volunteers, besides a perfect organizing system,scientific management,and complete supervising mechanic, the other various factors such as social drive, organizing drlve, self drive, are needed to function together as an effective driving mechanism, to completely exert the potential ability of every volunteer, so as to push the successful hosting of the Beijing Olympic Games.
