摘　　要：通过介绍车辆牌照识别的相关知识,重点说明车牌定位中的二值化以及Sobel,Canny两种算法,通过VC的开发环境调用MATLAB的工具箱函数,给出相应仿真结果,得出结论。Relevant knowledge of the vehicle license plate recognition has been introduced. The binaryzation and the Sobel and Canny algorithm in vehicle license plate discerns has been proved especially. Simulation results have been obtained by use the toolbox function of MATLAB in VC.
