腹膜腔内注入兔血液后大鼠膈腹膜间皮细胞的扫描电镜观察

摘　　要：将兔血液注入大鼠的腹膜腔内,以戊二醛-锇酸固定法固定膈,用扫描电镜观察膈腹膜间皮细胞的变化和间皮细胞对红细胞等的吞噬作用。结果表明,间皮细胞变形,大部分细胞表面未发现大孔,少数细胞表面出现大孔,红细胞等被间皮细胞部分或完全吞噬。The diaphragma in rat was fixed with formaldehyde-osmic acid following intraperitoneal injection of blood from rabbit, The mesothelial cells lining the peritoneal surface of the diaphragma were observed by SEM. The results shoued that the cells changed morphologically. The pores on the surfaces of the large part of the cells have not been observed. There are pores on the surfaces of the small part of the cells. Red cells partly or entirely were engulfed by the mesothelial cells.
