摘  要:文章介绍了以人体负荷为中心,基于人体生理信号的产品设计评价方法的一般过程及几种常用的人体生理信号。产品使用过程中,可用人体生理信号的变化来描述产品对人体造成的负荷情况。选择恰当的生理信号,通过实验测试其变化,可作为产品不同设计方案评价的依据。以鼠标设计评价为例,测试并记录了20名在校大学生在两种不同的环境下,使用三款不同鼠标过程中肌电、呼吸和心律信号的变化情况,建立模糊数学模型,评价的最终结果与主观评价结果一致。The evaluation method which body's load centered and based on physiological signals is introduced, several common signals are recommended. The variety of physiological signals which can be used to describe the load brought by products during using is recorded by experiment, and the evaluation is based on the results. The evaluation method for mouse design was taken as an example ,20 undergraduates were appointed to use three different mice in two environments in the experiment,whose reflecting of the skin electricity ,rhythm of the heart, and the breath were measured and recorded. Based on the experiment, a mathematic model relevant to the process of mouse using was built ,and the rationality of the mouse design and using was evaluated by means of fuzzy evaluation method. The result was coincident with the result obtained by subjective evaluation.
