摘 要:脑肿瘤干细胞是脑肿瘤的起源细胞,也是脑肿瘤对放化疗产生耐受的根源。脑肿瘤干细胞已成为目前神经肿瘤研究的热点之一,由于缺乏特异的表面标记,脑肿瘤干细胞的分离纯化一直是亟待解决的难题。近年来,一些分选技术如免疫磁珠法、SP分选和免疫流式分选开始应用于脑肿瘤干细胞分选,本文对这些分选技术进行介绍。Recent studies suggest the existence of small numbers of cells with brain tumor initiating capacity. These cells, also known as brain tumor stem cells (BTSCs), are core of resistance to both radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Brain tumor stem cells have become one of the hot spots in neuro-oncological research. The major difficulty in study of cancer stem cells is their isolation and purification because of lack of universally accepted markers of these cells. Recently, a number of new sorting techniques, such as immunomagnetic beads (MACS), immunological flow cytometry and side population (SP) analysis has been used in stem cell research. These technologies will be reviewed in this article.
