妊娠合并宫颈癌彩色多普勒超声特征分析

摘　　要：目的探讨妊娠合并宫颈癌患者的彩色多普勒超声图像特征。方法对39例经临床手术与病理证实的妊娠合并宫颈癌患者的彩色多普勒超声表现进行了回顾性分析。结果33例妊娠合并晚期宫颈癌的彩色多普勒超声图像具有特征性，诊断符合31例，符合率93、9％；6例妊娠合并早期宫颈癌的彩色多普勒超声图像无特异表现，诊断符合2例，符合率33．3％；漏诊4例，占66．7％。结论彩色多普勒超声对妊娠合并晚期宫颈癌的诊断能提供重要的诊断信息，为临床诊断及选择治疗方案提供帮助；对妊娠合并早期宫颈癌的诊断可以帮助临床医师警惕早期宫颈癌的可能，从而作进一步检查。Objective To observe the uhrasonographical features of Color Doppler Ultrasonography in the pregnancy complicated with cervical carcinoma. Methods A retrospective analysis was made on the Color Doppler Ultrasonography features of 39 cases patients with pregnancy complicated with cervical carcinoma which had been confirmed by clinical operation and pathological diagnosis. Results The Color Doppler Ultrasonography had special characteristics for the 33 patients with pregnancy complicated with late period cervical carcinoma. Thirty-one of them had Color Doppler Ultrasonography features consistent with the clinical diagnosis. The coincidence rate was 93.9%. For the pregnancy complicated with early period cervical carcinoma （6 cases）, the Color Doppler Uhrasonography showed no specific characteristics, as only 2 of 6 cases were consistent with their clinical diagnosis with a coincidence rate 33.3%. 4 cases （66.7%） had missed diagnosis. Conclusion Color Doppler Ultrasonography provides important evidence for the diagnosis of pregnancy with late period cervical carcinom. For the pregnancy with early cervical carcinoma, it may indicate the possibility of early cervical carcinoma, which should be followed by further examinations.
