摘　　要：近年来,信息技术的迅猛发展,推进了世界信息化的进程,也推进了教育现代化的步伐。教育技术从传统技术、普通媒体技术到以计算机技术和通讯技术为基础的多媒体信息网络技术的发展,基于个人电脑和有线网络的应用已越来越广泛。随着蓝牙技术、WAP技术、GPRS系统以及UMTS系统的成功开发,基于无线通讯技术和移动计算设备的移动学习将会普及,从数字化学习到移动学习(Mobile-Learning)的趋势将越来越明显。本文从移动学习的概念及特性、移动学习的实现方式、移动学习的发展状况等几个方面来阐述现代教育技术发展的新方向为移动学习。In recent years, the rapid development of information technology has propelled the process of world infomatization and the pace of educational modernization. From traditional technology and media technology to multi-media information and internet technology based on computer and communication technology, the educational technology which is rooted from personal computer and cable network has been used widely, With the development of bluetooth technology, WAP technology, GPRS system and UMTS, the mobile learning based on wireless communication technology and mobile computing devices will be largely implied, The mobile learning will repalce the digital learning, which becomes a trend in the future~ This paper intends to illustrate the defintion, the character, the realization and the development of mobile learning. In this way, it shows that mobile learning is a new orientation of modem educational technology.
