三根汤抗炎抑菌药理作用研究

摘　　要：目的研究三根汤抗炎抑菌作用。方法分别用二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀,冰醋酸致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增加,酵母多糖A、角叉菜胶致大鼠足跖炎症、小鼠棉球肉芽肿增生和体内抑菌实验。ig给药,观察三根汤的抗炎抑菌作用。结果三根汤能减轻二甲苯所致小鼠耳肿胀、冰醋酸所致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增加、角叉菜胶和酵母多糖A所致大鼠足趾肿胀并且有体内抑菌作用。结论三根汤具有一定的抗炎抑菌作用,其机制涉及对多种炎症介质的抑制,抗炎抑菌作用能部分解释三根汤生药的传统功效。Objective To study the anti-inflammatory bacteriostatic effects of SanGen Decoction Methods The models of auricular edema in mice induced by dimethyl benzene,increased permeability of celiac blood capillary by acetic acid , pawswelling induced by zymosan A,carrageenan,and the effects on the granuloma formation induced by cotton pellet in rat,interior of body bacteriostatic test in rats or in mice were prepared.Then was given to the rat SanGen Decoction by ig .Results SanGen Decoction inhibited the auricular edema,decreased the permeability of celiac blood capillary,reduced the paw swelling induced by can＇ageenan and zymosan A,and have bacteriostatic effects. Conclusion SanGen Decoction exhibits obvious anti-inflammatory bacteriostatic effects.
