摘  要:目的研究壳聚糖-明胶海绵状伤口敷料的抑菌性。方法选择常温下自然干燥、真空干燥和微波干燥3种干燥方法对敷料进行干燥,然后对各自的抑菌性进行了研究,并与几种常用抗生素头胞他啶、环丙沙星和青霉素进行了对比,确定敷料的抑菌能力大小。结果真空干燥、微波干燥和自然干燥后的敷料都具备抑菌能力;壳聚糖-明胶海绵状伤口敷料对大肠杆菌K88的抑制作用大于青霉素的抑制作用,壳聚糖-明胶海绵状伤口敷料对链球菌的抑制作用大于头胞他啶的抑制作用。结论壳聚糖-明胶海绵状伤口敷料确有很好的抑菌性能。[Objective] Bacteriostatic performances of the Chitosan-Gelation sponge wound surgical dressings were studied in the paper. [Method] The Chitosan-Gelation sponge wound surgical dressings were dried in such three ways as natural drying under normal temperature, vacuum drying and microwave drying in order to study their bacteriostatic performances. Their bacteriostatic performances were inverstigated respectively. Moreover, the Chitosan-Gelation sponge wound surgical dressings were compared with Cefradine, Ciprofioxacin, Penicillin to ascertain their bacteriostatic performances. [Result] Chitosan-Gelation sponge wound surgical dressings had the bacteriostatic performances after vacuum drying, microwave drying and natural drying under normal temperature. Through comparing, the Chitosan-Gelation sponge wound surgical dressings had inhibitory effect on E. coli K88 more than that of Penicillin, the Chitosan-Gelation sponge wound surgical dressings had inhibitory effect on Streptococcus more than that of Cefradine. [Conclusion] Chitosan-Gelation sponge wound surgical dressings really have quite well bacteriostatic performances.
