摘 要:目的:通过测定乳腺癌患者化疗前后部分电解质及微量元素钙(Ca)、磷(P)、镁(Mg)、铁(Fe)、锌(Zn)、铜(Cu)的含量,并与对照组对照分析,从而观察血清微量元素与乳腺癌患者及其化疗疗效和预后的相关性。方法:选择32例乳腺癌化疗患者为观察组,对照组为30例健康女性及30例未化疗而仅行对症治疗的乳腺癌患者,检测其血清中6种元素(Ca、P、Mg、Fe、Zn、Cu)进行对比分析。结果:乳腺癌患者血清Fe、Cu、Zn含量增高,与病变呈正相关,Ca、Mg含量降低,与病变呈负相关,Cu/Zn比值高于正常;乳腺癌患者化疗后,其血清Fe、Cu包括Zn含量均随治疗而降低,Ca、Mg含量随化疗后病情好转而升高,接近正常水平,其Cu/Zn比值随病情好转而明显下降。P的改变无统计学意义。结论:部分微量元素(Ca、Mg、Fe、Zn、Cu)测定可作为乳腺癌诊断及化疗疗效、预后评定的血液生化指标。Objective: From determining the part of electrolyte and the microelement content (Ca、 P、 Mg、 Fe、Zn、Cu) of breast cancer patient from chemotherapy beginning to end, then contrast with the compared group . Thus observe the correlation between the microelement content in serum and the effect of chemotherapy and predict in breast cancer patients . Methods :Selecting 32 cases of breast cancer patients who accept chemotherapy to be the observed group, the compared groups are the 30 cases of healthy females and 30 cases of breast cancer patients who only accept conservative therapy . Examine the six kinds of element (Ca.P.Mg.Fe. Zn.Cu) in serum of them and then carry out contrast and analyze. Results:The content of Fe. Cu and Zn in serum of the breast cancer patients increase, and they show direct proportion with pathology of breast cancer. The content of Ca and Mg in serum will decrease with the disease and they show in drect proportion with pathology of breast cancer, the Cu/Zn ratio of breast cancer exceed the normal; the content of Fe an,d Cu in serum will delend with the disease after the chemotherapy. The content of Ca and Mg will in creace with the disease turn for the better after the chemotherapy and approach to the normal level . The change of P haven't statistical significance. Conclusions: Examining parts of the microelements(Ca、Mg、Fe、Zn、Cu) can be the blood biochemistry standard for diagnose of breast cancer and effect of chemotherapy and evaluation of predict.
