牙体内微量元素与龋病发生关系的分析电镜研究

摘　　要：本文采用分析电镜,通过自身对照和配对比较,对20个牙齿的60个样本做了正常和龋病区结构的微观形貌观察,同时进行观察区域的Ca、P、Si分布的分析及其它微量元素含量测定,并对其结果进行了探讨。H-600 scanning electron microscope and PV-900 energe spectrometer were used to observe 60 samples of 20 teeth by means of self-control and paired control the construction of normal and decayed zones was observed microscopically, The distribution of Ca, P and Si in these areas was also analized and at the same time trace elements were quantitated. This study reaffirms that some trace elements have relationship with the occurrence and development of dental caries.
