摘 要:[目的]测定吐鲁番地区常见葡萄品种葡萄籽中活性成分的含量。[方法]以吐鲁番地区常见的13个葡萄品种的葡萄籽为材料,测定并比较各品种葡萄籽中原花青素和脂肪的含量。[结果]在各品种葡萄籽中,和田红葡萄籽的脂肪含量最高,达21.5%;玛奶子葡萄籽次之,为21.0%;星浦一号葡萄籽最少,仅12.5%。原花青素含量最高的葡萄籽是黑提,达9.150%;赤霞珠次之,为8.790%;哈什汉最少,仅3.800%。[结论]该研究为吐鲁番地区葡萄籽的综合开发利用提供了理论依据。[Objective] The purpose of the study was to determine the contents of active components in grape seeds of common grape varieties in Turpan area. [Method] With grape seeds of 13 common grape varieties in Turpan area as tested material, the contents of procyanidins and fat in grape seeds of various varieties were determined and compared, [Result] Among grape seeds of various varieties, the fat content was highest in the seeds of Hetian red grape (21.5%), secondary in that of Manaizi grape (2i.0%) and least in that of Xingpu 1 (only 12.5%). The procyanidins content was highest in the grape seeds of Heiti (9.150%), secondary in that of Chixiazhu (8.790%) and least in that of Hashihan (3.800%). [Conclusion] The study supplied theoretical basis for the integrated development and utilization of grape seeds in Turpan area.
