摘　　要：结合2002-2006年中国环境状况公报,系统总结了《中国绿色国民经济核算研究报告2004》中未包括的我国存在的主要生态退化问题,同时从观念、制度、手段和模式等方面对我国目前生态问题应采取的对策作了探讨。In this article the principal ecological degenerative problems in China were systematically summarized,based on the State of the Environment in China from 2002 to 2006. The problem mentioned in this article was not included in the China Green National Accounting Study Report 2004（ Public Version）. At the same time, the appropriate measures were comprehensively discussed, including conception, institution, means, modes and so on.
