摘　　要：本文用电镜观察鹿、牛肠道病毒Ecco-18及MZ-468株体外感染人肺腺癌细胞LGC-7910,可见二株病毒能在人肺腺腺癌细胞中增殖,并引起细胞变性坏死。此结果为该二株病毒用于治疗人癌提供了可能性。Ultrastructure of LGC-7910 cell infected with Ecco-18 and MZ-168 strain of virus was studied. The results showed that the two strains of virus can multiply and bring about cytolysis rapidly on the LGC- 7910 cell culture. The result Provides the possibility of applying the viruses to treatment of human cancer.
