摘　　要：对苏通大桥高桥塔施工全过程中可能影响施工安全、质量和进度的各种不利因素进行风险评估,对各种风险事态提出控制对策,制定风险预案,编写风险管理手册,从而整合形成完整的风险管理系统,指导具体施工。研究成果在苏通大桥工程中得到成功应用。The risks of various adverse factors that may have influence on the safety, quality and progress of the whole construction process of the high-rise pylon of Sutong Bridge are assessed. Accordingly, the control measures against the various risk events are put forward, the risk alarm schemes are formulated and the risk management handbooks are prepared. Asaresult, a set of the complete risk management system for the pylon is finally formed for guidance of the specific construction. The research findings as presented in the paper were successfully used in the construction of the Bridge
