galectin-9蛋白在子宫颈上皮内瘤变组织中的表达缺失及临床意义

摘　　要：目的研究半乳凝素9(galectin-9)在不同程度子宫颈病变发生、发展中的表达及作用。方法用免疫组化SABC法检测galectin-9在正常子宫颈鳞状上皮20例、子宫颈上皮内瘤变(包括低度病变和高度病变)41例和浸润癌组织30例中的表达情况。结果100%正常的子宫颈鳞状上皮,具有galectin-9蛋白的免疫活性,在子宫颈低度上皮内瘤变(LGSIL)、高度上皮内瘤变(HGSIL)(包括原位癌)和浸润期子宫颈鳞癌(ISCC)各组中强阳性表达率分别为70%、38.8%和38.7%。随着病理学级别的进展,galectin-9的表达逐渐下降,正常子宫颈上皮>LGSIL>HGSIL>ISCC(P<0.05)。结论随着子宫颈病变的加重,galectin-9的表达强度逐渐减弱。galectin-9表达缺失发生在子宫颈癌发生的早期,可能在子宫颈癌前病变进展的过程中起重要作用。Objective To investigate the effects of the expression of galectin-9 on the progression of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia（CIN ）. Methods The expression of galectin-9 was examined in 20 benign cervical specimens,41 CIN （including low-grade and high-grade squamous intraepithelial lesions） and 30 invasive squamous cancer tissues by SABC method. Results The expression of galectin-9 was 100% in normal cervical squamous epithelia and 70%,38.8%,38.7% in IGSIL,HGSIL （including cancer in situ） and ISCC,and gradually decreased in accordance with the histopathologic grades in the order of IGSIL〉HGSIL〉ISCC （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Galectin-9 expression decreases in the early stage of CIN and changes with the histopathologic grade of cervical tissues. Therefore, galectin-9 may play an important part in the cervical carcinogenesis.
