摘　　要：目的研究耐药性癫患者的载脂蛋白E基因多态性,并探究影响耐药性癫形成机制的遗传因素。方法取耐药性癫患者肘静脉血,用PCR-RFLP技术检测ApoE基因多态性,并与非耐药性癫和正常对照组进行比较分析。结果耐药性癫组中ε4等位基因的频率为(16.9)),明显高于非耐药性癫组(8.2)和正常对照组,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而ε2,ε3等位基因的频率三组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);病例组与正常对照组ApoE基因多态性有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论ApoEε4等位基因可增加耐药性癫发生的危险性。Objective To study the relationship between ApoE gene polymorphism and drug resistant epilepsy, and to investigate the mechanism of drug resistant epilepsy in genetics. Methods The polymorphism of ApoE gene was detected by using PCR-RFLP technique. Results The frequency of ApoEε4 allele in drug resistant epilepsy cases, non-drug resistant contrast and normal contrast was 16. 9%, 8. 2% and 9. 0% respectively. There was statistic difference in the three （P〈0. 05） , but no statistic difference （P〉0.05） of ε2,ε3 allele frequency in the three. There was significant difference of ApoE gene polymorphism between drug resistant epilepsy cases and contrast. Conclusions ApoEε4 genotype can increase the risk of drug resistant epilepsy.
