摘　　要：对山西省普通高等医学院校在高层次人才引进方面存在的问题进行了深入剖析，提出人才引进的科学方法，希望对我省普通高等医学院校高层次人才引进机制合理、健康、持续发展起到一定的借鉴作用。This article discusses some problems in the introduction of high - level talents at colleges in Shanxi Province. In addition, scientific methods for introducing talents are stated with the hope of providing the basic reference to the appropriate, healthy and continuous development of talent - introducing mechanism for higher education in Shanxi province.
