摘　　要：目的研究1-整合蛋白在甲状腺肿瘤及其正常甲状腺组织中的表达情况。方法采用S-P免疫组化检测方法,对甲状腺34例乳头状腺癌、19例滤泡腺瘤、6例滤泡腺癌、2例髓样癌和10例结节状增生进行1-整合蛋白检测。结果79.4%(27/34)的甲状腺乳头状癌组织表现为1-整合蛋白在癌细胞中过度表达,而滤泡状腺瘤和腺癌、髓样癌和结节状增生组织中则表现为1-整合蛋白阴性。在伴有淋巴结转移的乳头状腺癌中,5例表现为原发灶与继发灶1-整合蛋白表达分布特点的明显不同,而3例表现为原发灶阳性,但继发灶却阴性。在伴有淋巴结转移的原发灶中1-整合蛋白阳性率达91.7%,而在无转移的原发灶中阳性率为72.7%。结论1-整合蛋白的免疫组化检测有助于甲状腺乳头状癌的诊断,但与淋巴结转移无关。而且,1-整合蛋白在淋巴结转移灶的表达特点明显与原发灶不同。Objective To evaluate the actions of I-integrin expression in the normal thyroid gland and in different pathological disorders including malignant tumors. Methods The immunohistochemical staining of I integrin was detected in 34 cases of papillary carcinomas, 19 cases of follicular adenomas, 6 cases of follicular carcinomas, 2 cases of medullary carcinomas and 10 cases of nodular hyperplasias. Results 27 of 34 cases thyroid papillary carcinomas （79.4%） showed immunohistochemically positive staining in malignant epithelial cell for l-intcgrin. Whereas the epithelial cells showed negative staining for l-integrin in all follicular adenoma and carcinoma, medullary carcinoma and nodular hyperplasia. Eight cases of lymph nodes with metastases from papillary carcinomas were detected for 1 integrin. In which five cases showed identical staining results with their primary carcinomas and three cases showed negative staining when their primary cancer loci showed positive staining. In addition, the positive ratio of l-integrin was 91. 7% in primary carcinoma with lymph node metastasis, and 72.7% in primary carcinoma with non-metastasis. Conclusion l-integrin could be used as a diagnostic marker of papillary carcinoma, llowever, the expression of l-integrin was no related with lymph node metastasis in thyroid papillary carcinoma. In addition, the expression patterns of l-integrin in lymph node metastatic cells from thyroid papillary carcinomas were identical with that of the primary cancer cells.
