摘 要:螺旋CT三维和多平面重建对于骨关节,尤其是解剖关系较复杂的骨关节创伤诊断有很大价值,可直接地显示骨折特征,能较容易地判断骨折的程度和范围,由此选择合适的治疗方案。颌面骨骨折是一种较常见的创伤,临床治疗和手术处理常以影像学资料作为参考。近年来随着螺旋CT的研发,三维重建技术已开始广泛应用,本文通过99例颌面骨骨折进行三维和多平面重建,探讨其临床应用价值。Based on the dates obtained from spiral CT scanning,to study the feasibility of guiding surgical planning and complication prevention using computer software. 92 patients who suffered from bone disease and OSAS were scanned by bidirection spiral CT and data were obtained. Majority of the disease included tumour, fracture, congenital deformity, cysts of the craniofacial bone and OSAS. The 3D-images from 3D-CT reconstruction showed all facial bones and their connections, confirm the borderline and size of the diseased tissues and its relation to the adjacent tissues. Three-dimensional mimic operation clearly displayed the relationship between tumour and surrounding tissues, and reflected the actual operation situation.
