摘　　要：目的探讨HER2在子宫内膜癌中表达及其与肿瘤FIGO分期、病理分级、浸润深度、淋巴结转移的关系。方法子宫内膜癌46例、不典型增生10例、子宫内膜增生过长10例、正常子宫内膜20例,应用免疫组织化学方法对HER2的表达情况进行分析。结果HER2在癌组织中的表达明显高于非癌组织,差异有显著性(P<0.05);HER2在癌组织中的表达与肿瘤的FIGO分期、病理分级、浸润深度、淋巴结转移有关。结论HER2在子宫内膜癌中的表达与内膜癌的生物学行为有关,可作为子宫内膜癌预后的指标,指导子宫内膜癌术后的治疗。Objective To study the expressions of HER2 in human endometrial cancer as well as the relationship,of betwen it and FIGO stages,pathological grades, muscle infiltrations and the lymph node shift, Methods The expressions of HER2 was examined in 46 specimens of endometrial carcinoma, 10 specimens of atypical hyperplasia of endometrium, 10 specimens of overlong hyperplasia of endometrial and 20 specimens of normal endometrium by immunohistochemistry S-P methods. Results The positive rates of HER2 expression in the malignant tissues is higher than that in non-malignant tissues, significant difference was observed （P 〈 0.05）. The expression of HER2 was associated with FIGO stages, pathological grades, muscle infiltrations and the lymph node shift. Conclusion The expression of HER2 in endometrial cancer is associated with the biological behavior of endometrial cancer. HER2 can be used as objective predictable indicaters of endometrial cancer to guide the treatment of endometrial cancer.
