摘 要:目的探讨神经元烟碱受体(neuronal nicotinic acetyl-choline receptor,nnArchR)与吸入麻醉药异氟烷、七氟烷遗忘作用的关系。方法建立小鼠腹腔注射异氟烷、七氟烷遗忘模型,在跳台、避暗实验中观察不同剂量烟碱(nicotine,N)侧脑室注射(intracerebroventricular,icv)对跳台潜伏期(stepdownlatency,SDL)、步入潜伏期(step through latency,STL)、错误次数(error times)的影响。结果侧脑室注射烟碱可延长异氟烷、七氟烷所致记忆障碍小鼠的SDL、STL,减少错误次数。结论神经元烟碱受体是异氟烷、七氟烷遗忘作用的重要靶位,侧脑室注射烟碱具部分改善小鼠异氟烷、七氟烷遗忘作用。Aim To investigate the relationship between neuronal nicotinic acetylcholine receptor and the amnestic induced by isoflurane and sevoflurane in mice. Methods Amnestic model was established by intraperitoneal injection of isoflurane and sevoflurane before intracerebroventricular injection of different doses of nicotine or artificial cerebrospinal fluid, then step down latency, error times in step down test, step through latency, error times in step through test were observed and recorded. Results Intracerebroventricular nicotine increased step down latency and step through latency in both step down test and step through test. Error times were decreased in both tests. All the outcomes were statistically, singnificant. Conclusion The neuronal nicotinic receptor might be an important target for the amnestic effect of isoflurane and sevoflurane in mice.
