单环前馈型线性功率放大器的自适应控制技术

摘　　要：给出了单环前馈型功率放大器电路结构,分析了LDMOS有源器件主要参数与工作温度的关系,给出了由LDMOS器件构成的功率放大器的温度特性.提出了针对单环前馈型功率放大器的自适应功率控制和温度补偿方法,并给出了实际测试结果.The circuit construction of the single-loop feed-forward power amplifier is given firstly. And then the relationships between the main parameter of LDMOS device and working temperature are analyzed and the temperature characteristics of the power amplifier using LDMOS device are given. The auto-adapt power control and temperature offset methods for the single-loop feed-forward power amplifier are introduced and the testing results are given.
