骨桥蛋白联合CA125检测对上皮性卵巢癌的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的探讨骨桥蛋白(OPN)联合癌抗原125(CA125)检测对上皮性卵巢癌的诊断价值。方法对30例上皮性卵巢癌患者、36例卵巢上皮类良性肿瘤患者及36例健康妇女的血清样品,分别采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA法)及电化学发光法测定OPN及CA125含量。结果与良性肿瘤组及健康妇女组比较,上皮性卵巢癌患者血清OPN及CA125含量明显升高。OPN检测特异性、敏感性分别为94.4%、83.3%,CA125检测特异性、敏感性分别为88.9%、73.3%,联合检测特异性、敏感性分别为83.3%、93.3%。结论OPN联合CA125检测有可能对提高上皮性卵巢癌的诊断有一定的价值。Objective To investigate the significance of Osteopontin （OPN） as a tumor marker combined with CA125 in diagnosis of epithelial ovarian cancer, Methods Serum levels of OPN and CA125 were examined by ELISA and method in 30 patients with epithelial ovarian cancer, 36 patients with benign epithelial ovarian tumor and 36 normal women as controls. Results The levels of OPN and CA125 in patients with epithelial ovarian cancer were significantly higher than those in patients with benign epithelial ovarian tumor and normal women, The specificity and sensitivity of OPN were 94, 4% and 83.3% respectively. The specificity and sensitivity of CA125 were 88.9% and 73.3% respectively. The specificity and sensitivity of combined detection with two markers were 83, 3 % and 93, 3 % respectively. Conclusion OPN can be applied in diagnosis of epithelial ovarian cancer. The diagnostic significance can be raised by combined examination of OPN and CA125.
