摘  要:提出了共轨柴油机仿真平台的设计思路、具体框架和基于Matlab/Simulink的具体实现方法,该平台提供了软件在环、硬件在环和故障仿真模拟测试等多项功能。在共轨ECU硬件在环测试中取得了与原机试验极为接近的效果,并通过故障仿真模拟测试发现了被测ECU控制策略和硬件设计方面的失误,在实际应用中验证了其准确性和可靠性。The design ideas, specific frames and realizing methods based on Matlab/Simulink for simulation platform of common rail diesel engine were put forward. The platform had software-in-the-loop, hardware-in-the-loop and fault simulation and other functions. The near test effects for common rail ECU to prototype were acquired by hardware-in-the-loop test, the mistakes of hardware design and control strategy for tested ECU were found by fault simulation, and it was finally proved that the platform was accurate and reliable.
