手术前手臂消毒方法的比较研究

摘　　要：目的采用手术前各种手臂消毒的方法及应用不同的消毒剂,观察结果是否符合国家卫生部颁布的消毒技术规范的标准。方法依据使用不同的手消毒剂,将参加手术学员随机分成3大组:乙醇泡手法(A组),碘伏洗手法(B组),安高特洗手法(C组)。使用同一种消毒剂,依据洗手方法的不同,再将B组分为B1(医疗护理操作常规的方法)、B2(文献报道的方法)、B3(某些临床医生实际采用的方法)组;同样将C组分为C1、C2、C3组。每个实验组30人。结果乙醇、碘伏、安高特的消毒效果均能达到理想效果(≤5cfu/cm2);刷手的遍数与消毒效果呈正相关;肥皂水与洗手液的刷手效果无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论3种消毒剂均可用于手术前手臂消毒;应用洗手液代替肥皂刷手,刷手程序与步骤应规范。Objective To find out the practical and reliable methods in cleaning and disinfecting hands before operation,based on bacteriological examination results showing whether or not the various kinds of preoperative hand- scrubbing- disinfection are consistent with the technical standard stipulated by Ministry of Health of People＇s Repulic of China.Methods Ninety students participating in operation practice were divided into three groups- 30 each：group h,after strubbing hands with traditional soap,disinfected with ethanol;group B, disinfected with Iodophor （polyvidone iodine） ; group C, disinfected with Angaote （chlorhexidine sulutron）. Results Ethanol, Iodophor and Angaote are quali-fled disirtfeetants for preoperative hand- scrubbing- disinfection（5 ≤cfu/cm2）. Conclusions The three tested disinfectants can be used for preoperative hand scrubbing - disirtfeetion. It is very important to scrub hands according to more stringent procedure if soap was replaced by hand- washing liquid.
