摘　　要：作为担负大众化教育重要任务的一般地方高校,应根据其在我国高等教育体系中的地位层次、生源质量、新时期社会对应用型管理人才的大量急需及自己所处的区域位置等方面,坚持"崇术重用、服务地方"的办学目标定位,按照"大实践观"的要求,不断完善实践教学体系。As the college or the department in the general local university which undertake the main task of mass education, they would orientate themselves from the status and level, quality of students＇ resource, the need of the applied administration talents and its regional position, these university should “uphold the skill and its application, serves the local region”, according to the requirement of “the greatest idea of practice”, improving the teaching system of practice constantly.
