摘 要:大学创新团队建设是建设高水平大学的重要举措。在建设大学创新团队的实践中,目前人们似乎更注重创新团队数量的拓展,而对创新团队增效机制的研究还缺乏认真的关注。在建设大学创新团队的实践中,明确的共同愿景是创新团队聚合增效之基,达成心理契约是创新团队耦合增效之力,提倡头脑风暴是创新团队激智增效之道。The innovative team construction of the university is the important action of building the high-level university. In the practice of building the innovative team of the university, we seem to pay attention to the expansion of the innovative team's quantity even more at present; the study on the improving effect mechanism of innovative team still lacks the concern conscientiously. In the practice of building the innovative team of the university, the clearly common wishes is the base of an innovative team to get more effect by together, the strength is to reach the psychological agreement of innovative team that getting more effect in coupling, the way of recommendimz head storm of innovative team to improve the effect bv inspiring, the intelligence.
