摘　　要：校务公开将高校享有的公共权力置于群众的监督之下,使广大教职工真正地享有民主管理、民主监督的权力.校务公开是高等学校扩大基层民主,推进社会主义民主政治建设的重要组成部分,是教育领域实现政治文明建设的重要途径.实践证明,校务公开是一个长期的过程,目前还存在着不少问题,需要广大教职工坚持不懈的用发展的观念来完善校务公开。Openness of university affairs keeps the public power which a university has under the supervision of the masses, and allows the teaching staff to genuinely share the power of democratic management and democratic supervision. The openness of university affairs is an important component that a university spreads the basic-level democracy and accelerates democratic political construction, and it is an important channel that the educational field achieves in the construction of the political civilization, The practice has shown that the openness of university affairs is a long process, At present there remain quite a few problems, and the teaching staff should persistently perfect the openness of university affairs with the idea of development.
