摘 要:目的探讨石墨炉原子吸收光谱法直接测定保健酒中铅的条件,建立直接法测定保健酒中铅的定量分析方法。方法升温程序:干燥温度120℃,50s;灰化温度700℃,持续30s;原子化温度1800℃,持续5s,清除温度为2600℃;以60%乙淳为基底,磷酸二氢铵作基体改进剂,直接进样,经原子化后,吸收283.3nm共振线,经氘灯扣除背景后,其吸收度与铅含量成正比,与标准系列比较定量。结果在最佳实验条件下用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法直接测定保健酒中铅,铅在0~100μg/L范围内,相关系数为0.9996;最低检出限为0.020μg/L,最低检测浓度为0.01mg/L;标准溶液精密度为3.73%;不同浓度保健酒本底和样品的平均回收率为99.5%。结论以60%乙醇为基底作工作曲线,磷酸二氢铵作基体改进剂,对不同保健酒中铅含量进行测定,均获得满意结果。Objective To investigate into the conditions for directly detecting lead in health-care wine, and to establish an accurate quantitative method for direct detection of lead with graphite furnace atomic absorption spectroscopy. Method With ammonium dihydrogen phosphate as the matrix modifier, absorbance of 283.3nm resonance line of the atomized samples, proportional to the lead content after background subtraction, the lead content quantification was detected in comparison with the standard series under the following temperature program: drying 120 ℃, 50s; tephrosis 700 ℃, 30s; atomization 1 800 ℃, 5s; and removal 2 600 ℃. Result Under the proposed conditions, the performance index of the test was studied. The content of lead showed a good linear relationship in the range from 10. 0 to 100. 0 μg/L with the correlation coefficient of 0. 9996. The limit of detection was 0. 01 mg/L and the lowest detectable concentration was 0. 020μg/L. The average recovery was 99.5% for spiked health-care wine samples of various matrixes. Conclusion The method, adopting 60% ethanol for working curve preparation and ammonium dihydrogen phosphate as the matrix modifier, has satisfying results for determination of lead in various health-care wine.
