关于东海区灯光围网管理的研究

摘　　要：对1998～2005年东海区灯光围网的主捕品种、数量分布及其捕捞规模进行调研,研究认为灯光围网的主捕品种为日本鲐、澳洲鲐、竹筴鱼和蓝圆鲹等,且尚有一定的资源量。东海区的灯光围网近年来规模发展迅速,对上述鲐鲹鱼有良好的诱捕效果。从可持续利用资源角度出发,对其应实施规范管理,其措施为:(1)确定大型机轮围网、机帆船灯光围网的规模数量、渔船吨位、马力、网具规格等;(2)实行捕捞许可证制度;(3)成立全国灯光围网协会,配合农业部渔业局对灯光围网制订有关措施,进行专项管理。From 1998 to 2005 the main fishing seed,the number distribution and the scale of fishing in the area of East China Sea by light-seine were investigated.It was cohcluded.that the main fishing seed by light-seine is Scomber japonicus,Pneumatophorus tapeinocephalus,Trachurus japonicus,Decapterus maruaelsi and so on,and also there is certain stock size.The scale of fishing by light-seine in the East China sea has developed quickly in recent years,and there are good efficacy of traps on above-mentioned chub mackerel and round scad.Considering sustainable utilization resources,it should be managed canonically.The measurs are as follows： first,make sure the scale,number,fisher tonnage,the standard of horsepower and netting gear of the arge-scale engine wheel purse netn,engine sailing vessel,second,carry out the licence system,third,come into existence countrywide light-seine association,assorte agriculture department fishery office set down the measure of light-seine,carry out special management.
