摘　　要：利用RSS技术介绍SDI的服务模式已经开始由异步向同步过渡;引进了数据的逻辑矢量概念,阐明了信息的辐合机制;对于互联网络的各种信息,在人类使用动机的驱动下,数据的流动表现出明显地方向性,从而介绍了网络信息的辐合效应。This paper introduceds the transition of SDI service pattern from asynchronism to synchronization through RSS technique and the concept of data logic vector,clarified the converging mechanism of information.For the variety of information from internet data stream shows its direction in evidence under the droving of using motivation of mankind,thus introduce the Effect of converging about the Dissemination of Web Information.
