继发性皮肤浆细胞瘤1例报告并文献复习

摘　　要：目的:报道1例继发性皮肤浆细胞瘤。方法:通过病史、临床及实验室检查确定继发性皮肤浆细胞瘤的诊断。结果:55岁的男性患者皮肤表现为头顶偏右侧,左眉弓,腹部皮肤三处见直径1 cm左右的淡红色结节,腹左侧可触及2个皮下结节。血免疫学检查:IgG 40 g/L,λ轻链31.4 g/L,κ轻链2.44 g/L;皮肤组织病理检查:真皮层大量恶性浆细胞浸润;免疫组化:CD 79a:阳性;CD 38:阳性;lam bda轻链:阳性。结论:本患者的诊断主要依据病史,临床表现及相关实验室检查,皮肤组织病理学检查在疾病的诊断中有重要意义。Objective： To report a case of secondary cutaneous plasmocytoma.Methods：To determine the diagnosis of secondary cutaneous plasmocytoma by the case history,physical and laboratory examination.Results：A 55 years old male patient presented a light-red nodi on the right side of corona capitis,left superciliary arch and abdomen.Two subcutaneous nodi were touched on the left side of abdomen.Immunology detection displayed IgG 40 g/L,lambda light strand 31.4 G/L,kappa light strand 2.44 g/L.Histopathology showed considerable malignant lymphocytes infiltrating in the stratum of derma.Immunohistochemistry found that CD79a,CD38,lambda light strand were positive.Conclusion：The diagnosis of secondary cutaneous plasmocytoma mainly bases on the case history,clinical manifestation and laboratory examination.Histopathology plays an important role in the diagnosis.
