体育院校新生心理健康状况的调查分析

摘　　要：为了解体育院校新生的心理健康状况,采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对首都体育学院2006级544名新生进行心理健康调查。结果发现:新生的各因子均分明显低于全国大学生平均水平(P<0.01);除了在躯体化、敌对和其他(包括饮食和睡眠情况)三个因子不存在显著性差异外,非体育专业的学生在其余诸因子分均高于体育专业学生,有显著性差异(P<0.05或P<0.01);民族传统体育系新生在强迫症状、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、偏执、精神病性和其他等七个因子上的均分也明显高于其他体育专业新生(P<0.05或P<0.01)。这说明体育院校新生心理健康状况较好,体育专业学生的心理健康水平高于非体育专业的学生;体育专业中民族传统体育专业学生的心理健康状况不容乐观。To study the status of freshmen＇s mental health in institutes of physical education,544 freshmen enrolled in year of 2006 in Capital Institute of Physical Education were surveyed for their mental health status by employing Symptom Check List 90（SCL- 90）. The results show that the average scores of all the factors on SCL-90 of freshmen are significantly lower than the average national level of undergraduates （P〈0.01）. The factors scores on SCL-90 of the students whose major is physical education are lower than those whose major is not physical education apart from somatization, hostility and others （including dietary and sleeping conditions） （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）. The factors scores （including obsessive-compulsive, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety, crankiness,psychosis and others） on SCL-90 of students whose major is traditional sports are higher than those whose maior is other fields in physical education （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）. This means that the status of freshmen＇s mental health in institutes of physical education is good, the level of mental health of the students whose major is physical education is higher than those whose major is not Physical Education, and the status of mental health of students whose major is traditional sports is not as good as expected.
