摘 要:介绍了结构模态分析和稳定性分析的基本理论;利用I-deas分析软件建立某新型地铁铝合金车体详细的有限元模型,对车体结构进行模态和稳定性仿真计算,通过模态分析得到了两种工况下车体的前六阶固有频率及其相应的振型;通过稳定性分析得到了车体结构发生屈曲失稳时的临界载荷和失稳部位。分析结果表明该铝合金车体满足动态设计要求,且在各种工况条件下结构稳定性良好。The basic theories of modal analysis and stability analysis are discussed briefly. A detailed finite element modal (FEM) of a new-type subway aluminum alloy car body is established using the analysis software I-deas. The inherent frequencies and modal shape of the first 6 order modes are found respectively through modal calculation under two kinds of working conditions. When car body structure is buckling, the critical load and collapsing region is obtained by the stability analysis. The results show that the aluminum alloy car body is consistent with the dynamic design requirement, and the stability of which is good under all kinds of working conditions.
