增强高等学校教工党支部工作实效性的途径

摘　　要：党支部是学校党组织的基础,是校党委联系广大师生员工的桥梁和纽带,是学校实现和加强党的领导的重要条件。加强教工党支部建设,是保证党对高等教育坚强领导的重要举措,是坚持社会主义办学方向、培养社会主义事业合格建设者与可靠接班人的必然要求,是维护高等学校稳定、构建和谐校园的根本保障。这就需要通过科学设置党支部、精选党支部书记、提供较为充足的经费、创新组织生活会模式、搭建党建工作平台、创造和谐党内环境、开展党内目标考核评估等手段,来增强高等学校教工党支部工作的实效性。A teachers and staff＇s Party branch in colleges and universities is fundamentally necessary for the university Party committee to link and direct college teachers, staff and students. It is also an important prerequisite to implement and strengthen the leadership of the Party in colleges and universities. Enhancing the teachers and staffs building Party Branch is a fateful measure to secure CPC＇s leadership and adhere to the socialist orientation of running a school. The functions of a teachers and staffs Party branch should be strengthened by the following measures： setting up a Party branch scientifically, selecting its head meticulously, providing fairly adequate funds for it, innovating the modes of its regular activities, establishing a platform for the Party building, creating harmonious inner-Party relationships and developing the target evaluation.
