摘  要:目的用矢量分析的方法,评价自动验光仪及像差仪测量屈光度的准确性。方法随机选择近视患者80例(154眼)进行综合验光及散瞳状态下的自动验光和Allegro像差仪检查,记录球镜、柱镜及散光轴向,并用矢量公式转换为M、J0、J45和P进行统计分析。结果综合验光M值(-5.92±2.08)D,自动验光M值(-5.96±2.24)D,Allegro像差仪4mm及6mm测得的M值分别为(-6.28±2.25)D及(-6.43±2.18)D,各组相互比较差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。各组J0和J45值接近,差别无显著性。结论自动验光及Allegro像差仪测得的等效球镜值较综合验光更近视(P<0.05);而对散光的测量,自动验光及Allegro像差仪所得的数据与综合验光的值无统计学差异。Purpose To compare refractions obtained with optometry, autorefractor and Allegro analyzer. Methods Measurements Were taken with NIDEK RT- 2100, NIDEK ARK- 700A and Allegro analyzer in 154 eyes of 80 patients. The results were converted to Fourier rectangular form. Results The M (spherical equivalent) of the optometry was mostly hyperopic ( - 5.92 ± 2.08)D and the M of Allegro (6 mm pupil size) was mostly myopic ( - 6.43 ± 2.18)D. There were statistically significant differences among these three instruments. Conclusions The refraction results determined by autorefractor and wavefront Allegro were more myopic, but there was no statistical difference in astigmatisim.
