伦理关怀在高校特困生工作中的作用

摘　　要：在高校建立起合理健康的伦理关系,不但有利于大学生健康人格和优良品质的形成,而且还有利于整个社会理想伦理关系的构建。而在高校的特困生这个弱势群体中,依然存在着思想、心理、学习、生活等方面的问题,需要引起我们的关注。高校除了要在物质经济上给予之外,更要在心理、精神等方面对特困生进行伦理关怀。本文从伦理关怀的角度,对高校特困生的管理工作做了有益的探讨。This thesis attempts to build up a healthy and helpful ethical association in universities, which is efficiently propitious to the construction of a perfect ethical society. It probes into a special group among undergraduates those who live below the poverty line. The body is mainly divided into three parts. The first part gives a detailed description of the group characters, and proves the necessity of putting more attention on that group in universities. The second part, from an ethical point of view, proposes several theories and methods in dealing with such a special group in concrete works, namely, ethical concern, economical sponsor, and educational support as well. The third part probes into the moral practices of ethical care on this group, which is illus-trated through three main aspects, such as respect, love, education. Universities should not only take the material given into consideration, but also the psychological, mental health and other poverty-stricken areas of ethical concern.
