摘 要:认知风格是制约大学生学习行为和学业成就的重要因素。基于认知风格理论和大学生认知风格的类型差异,针对目前大学教学中存在的教师教学风格和策略简单划一的问题,提出兼顾个别差异的班级教学的策略与方法,倡导尊重大学生的认知风格并据此进行因材施教,以有效提高大学生学习的主动性,促进学生全面而有个性的发展。The college students'cognitive style is an important aspect which limits their learning activities and achievement on study. On the basis of cognitive style theory and differences in types of cognitive styles among college students, in order to solve the problem that the teacher'teaching style and teaching strategy are the same and very simple, this article proposes a kind of class teaching strategy or method with attention to individual differences, promotes that the teacher should respect the student's cognitive styles and teach them in accordance with their aptitude , so that the college students'initiative on study can be efficiently improved and their comprehensive but individuality development can be promoted.
